Personal life
Greene was born in Jacksonville, Florida, and is the daughter of Michele, who works in insurance, and Joe Greene, a U.S. Marine who now owns his own concrete business. She grew up in Middleburg and Jacksonville, and went to University Christian School before transferring to Wolfson High School when she was in tenth grade. moved to Los Angeles, California, at the age of 17 to pursue an acting career. Greene has an older brother named Joe, who still resides in Jacksonville with their parents.
Greene is good friends with her Twilight co-stars, particularly Kellan Lutz and Jackson Rathbone whom she knew before filming of the series began. She is currently dating singer Joe Jonas.
Career
She initially planned to become a model, but was told that she was not tall enough at 5'5" to be a runway model and should instead focus on commercials. After taking commercial and acting classes, she fell in love with acting and realized that she preferred it over modeling. Greene graduated from high school early and moved to L.A. to pursue an acting career. Since then, she has appeared as a guest on many popular television programs, such as Punk'd and Crossing Jordan.
Greene's big break came in 2008 when she was cast as Alice Cullen in Twilight, a film based on the novel of the same name by Stephenie Meyer. She reprised her role as Alice in the 2009 sequel to Twilight, The Twilight Saga: New Moon, 2010's The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, and will reprise the role again in 2011, in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 and Part 2.
Greene portrayed Michelle Burkham in the drama film Skateland, which premiered at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival.
She reunited with her Twilight co-star Kellan Lutz in the movie Warrior[11] and also stars in thriller film, Summer's Blood,[12] as well as the Dark Castle Entertainment production The Apparition, which began filming on February 1, 2010.
Appearing nude in a bodypainted bikini, Greene posed for SoBe advertisements that ran in the 2010 issue of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. People Magazine named Greene as one of the "World's Most Beautiful Women of 2010". She received "The Style Icon Award" at Hollywood Life’s Young Hollywood Awards this year. Greene was also presented an award from the PETA foundation for representing Avon and their no testing on animals policy.

Early life and career
Anne Lloyd Francis was born in Ossining, New York in 1930, the only child of Philip and Edith Francis. Francis entered show business at a young age, working as a model at age five to help her family during the Great Depression, and made her Broadway debut at the age of 11.
Over her career, Francis appeared in scores of TV shows and movies. She made her film debut in This Time for Keeps (1947). In her early film career, she played supporting roles in films such as: Susan Slept Here, So Young So Bad, and Bad Day at Black Rock. Her first leading role was in Blackboard Jungle (1955). She is perhaps best-known on film for her role as Altaira in the science fiction movie Forbidden Planet. "Anne Francis stars in Forbidden Planet" is a line in the song "Science Fiction/Double Feature" from the Rocky Horror Picture Show, large numbers of whose audience sing the line without ever having seen Forbidden Planet.
Francis found success in television, with several appearances on The Twilight Zone, including the title character in "Jess-Belle" and as Marsha White in "The After Hours." She was a frequent guest star in 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s TV movies and programs. She appeared in two episodes of the popular TV western The Virginian.
In 1964, Francis guest starred in two episodes, "Hideout" and "Rachel's Mother", of the CBS short-lived drama The Reporter. She made two successive appearances in 1964 in The Man From U.N.C.L.E. series. In 1965, Francis turned to series television and was cast as Honey West, a sexy private detective with a pet ocelot. The character was initially introduced on the popular ABC series Burke's Law. She made a guest appearance along with Charles Bronson in a 1967 episode of The Fugitive opposite David Janssen. She played the role of Georgia James in Funny Girl in 1968 and one year later, played Nancy Ingersoll, the wife of Jerry Lewis character in the comedy Hook, Line and Sinker. In 1971, at the start of the final season of My Three Sons, she played bowling alley waitress Terri Dowling who eventually married Laird Fergus McBain Douglas of Sithian Bridge, Scotland and returned to his homeland as royalty. (Fred MacMurray played the dual character roles of Steve Douglas and Fergus McBain Douglas in this four part story arc).
During the 1980–1981 season of Dallas, Francis had a recurring role as Arliss Cooper, the mother of Mitch and Afton Cooper. She later played "Mama Jo" in the 1984 TV-detective series Riptide. She made an appearance in Matlock, another popular detective series; and in The Golden Girls as Truvy McMann, Dorothy's friend from college. In 1989 and 1990 she starred in several episodes of Murder, She Wrote. Her most recent television appearance was on a 2004 episode of the CBS series Without a Trace.
Personal life
Francis was married to Bamlet Lawrence Price, Jr., from May 1952 through April 1955; and then to Dr. Robert Abeloff from 1960 through 1964. She and Abeloff had one daughter together, Jane Elizabeth Abeloff (born on March 21, 1962, in Los Angeles). Francis never remarried after divorcing Abeloff. Francis adopted Margaret "Maggie" West in 1970 in one of the first adoptions granted to a single person in California.
Francis was treated for lung cancer in 2007-2008. She kept her followers informed of her progress on her official website.
Death
Francis died on January 2, 2011, due to complications of pancreatic cancer at a retirement home in Santa Barbara, California, a city in which she was a longtime resident.[4]

Anna Chlumsky (born December 3, 1980; Chicago, Illinois) is an American actress. She is best-known for playing Vada Sultenfuss in the 1991 movie My Girl and the 1994 sequel My Girl 2. Her cousin, Vik Foxx, is the drummer for The Veronicas. Her father Frank Chlumsky is a culinary instructor for the culinary program at Kendall College in Chicago. Her surname is Czech origin and meaning hurst. Hurst was hill. Pronounced kh-LOOM-skee.

Child acting career
She entered show business at an early age, modeling with her mother in an advertising campaign. She is best known for playing Vada Sultenfuss in the 1991 movie My Girl and the 1994 sequel My Girl 2.
She was in Gold Diggers: The Secret of Bear Mountain with Christina Ricci, and screen tested for the part of 'Lex' in Jurassic Park which eventually went to Ariana Richards.
Columbia Pictures expressed serious interest in My Girl 3 (also known as Still My Girl) and a script has been in development since 2003, according to series co-star Dan Aykroyd. Aykroyd revealed in media outlets that Columbia was attempting to sign Chlumsky for the role. The project is still in development stages, with no current updates in seven years.
Hiatus from acting and return
Chlumsky never intended for acting to be her life-long career. As a child she considered working with horses or in paleontology. Once she reached adulthood, roles became scarce and she began to move away from acting. She attended the University of Chicago, majoring in International Studies, and graduated with a BA degree in 2002. During this time she ceased paying dues to the Screen Actors Guild. After graduation she worked as a fact-checker for the Zagat Survey and served as an editorial assistant for a HarperCollins science fiction-fantasy imprint. She came to find this work unsatisfying and decided she wanted to return to acting. She went to the Atlantic Acting School in Manhattan to receive more formal training (in her youth she deemed herself "a natural," so had not had as much formal training) and currently indicates that acting is the career she wants for life.
Career in adulthood
Chlumsky appeared on the March 8, 2007 episode of 30 Rock called "The Fighting Irish". She played the character "Liz Lemler". She also appeared as "Mary Calvin" in an episode of the NBC drama series Law & Order (Season 17, Episode 12) first airing January 12, 2007. She was also in three episodes of the ABC dramedy Cupid.
Chlumsky starred in the Off-Broadway production of Unconditional by Brett C. Leonard at The Public Theater. It was produced by Philip Seymour Hoffman's theater group, LAByrinth Theater Company, which opened on February 2008.
She appeared in the BBC Films political satire In The Loop, co-starring with The Sopranos' James Gandolfini. She plays Liza, a State Department assistant in the movie directed by Armando Iannucci.
She appeared as "Lisa Klein" in an episode of the NBC drama series Law & Order (Season 20, Episode 16) first airing March 15, 2010. [4]
On Dec. 3rd 2010 it was announced that Anna Chlumsky has signed on to play the chief of staff of Julia Louis-Dreyfus's vice president in 'Veep.'

Anna Helene Paquin (pronounced /ˈpækwɪn/; born July 24, 1982) is a Canadian-born New Zealand actress. Paquin's first critically successful film was The Piano, for which she won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress in 1994 at the age of 11 – the second youngest winner in history. Her acting career took off almost half a decade later when she appeared in a string of successful films including She's All That, Almost Famous and the X-Men franchise.
Paquin has received critical acclaim for her role as Sookie Stackhouse in the HBO series True Blood, for which she won the 2008 Golden Globe Award for Best Actress – Television Series Drama.

Life and career
Early life
Paquin was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, the daughter of Mary Paquin (née Brophy), an English teacher and native of Wellington, New Zealand, and Brian Paquin, a high school physical education teacher. Paquin is the youngest of three children; she has two older siblings: brother Andrew, born in 1977, and sister Katya, born in 1980. Paquin's family moved to New Zealand when she was four. She attended the Raphael House Rudolf Steiner School until she was eight or nine. Her musical childhood hobbies in New Zealand included playing the viola, cello and piano. She also participated in gymnastics, ballet, swimming and downhill skiing, though she did not have any hobbies related to acting.
While in New Zealand, Paquin attended Hutt Intermediate School from 1994–95. Having begun her secondary education in Wellington at Wellington Girls' College, she completed her high school diploma at Windward School in Los Angeles, where she moved with her mother following her parents' divorce in 1995.[7] She graduated from Windward School in June 2000 and completed the school's community service requirement by working in an LA soup kitchen and at a special ] Child actress

Director Jane Campion was looking for a little girl to play a key role in The Piano, set to film in New Zealand, and a newspaper advertisement was run announcing an open audition. When Campion met Paquin—whose only acting experience had been as a skunk in a school play—she was very impressed with the nine-year-old's performance of the monologue about Flora's father, and she was chosen from among the 5000 candidates.
When The Piano was released in 1993 it was lauded by critics, won prizes at a number of film festivals, and eventually became a popular movie among a wide audience. Paquin's debut performance in the film earned her an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress at the age of eleven, making her the second-youngest Oscar winner in history after Tatum O'Neal.[6] The Piano was made as a small independent movie and wasn't intended to be widely known, and Paquin and her family didn't plan to continue in the acting circles. However, she was invited to the William Morris Agency, and she kept receiving offers for new roles. She systematically refused them, but she did appear in three commercials for the phone company MCI (now Verizon). She also appeared as a voice in an audio book entitled The Magnificent Nose in 1994.

In the fall of 2006, she completed filming Blue State. She was the executive-producer of the film, the film having been made by Paquin Films, a production company formed by both her and her brother, Andrew Paquin.In November 2006, she completed the film Margaret.
In 2007, Paquin received an Emmy Award nomination for Supporting Actress In A Miniseries Or A Movie for her role as Elaine Goodale in HBO's made-for-TV movie Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee, based on Dee Brown's bestseller. She also received Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award nominations in similar categories.
In 2008, Paquin appeared as waitress Sookie Stackhouse in the HBO series True Blood, her first role in a TV series. The show is based on The Southern Vampire Mysteries series of novels by Charlaine Harris, set in the fictional town of Bon Temps, LA.Paquin won a Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Television Drama Series for her role in the show, and also won a Satellite Award in a similar category. In 2009, Paquin played Irena Sendler, a Polish woman hailed as a heroine of the Holocaust, in The Courageous Heart of Irena Sendler, a CBS TV film biopic based on the book Mother of the Children of the Holocaust: The Irena Sendler Story, by Anna Mieszkowska. The film was made in Latvia, and was a Hallmark Hall of Fame presentation for the network. Paquin's performance earned her a 2010 nomination for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Television Film.

On April 1, 2010, Paquin came out as bisexual in a public service announcement for the Give a Damn campaign as part of the True Colors Fund, an advocacy group organized by Cyndi Lauper dedicated to LGBT equality.
